The kitchen is guided by a passion for small local suppliers and cooking that champions produce rather than overpowering it. They are excited to be working with producers who are passionately dedicated to growing food and rearing animals with consideration and care. European leaning in style, the menu is driven by the season and will change accordingly.
In the bar, the focus is on a concise, rotating wine list driven by minimal intervention wines from small producers both Australian and international. These beautiful wines are easily misrepresented but in the hands of so many dedicated vignerons they are clean, nimble and thoughtful agricultural products that reflect the broader stories of where they were made and who made them, very much like the produce being used in the kitchen.
Brico’s food and wine is inspired by our many combined years spent living and working abroad. The entire team have worked in or for places across the world and continue to be most excited by the ‘neighbourhood’ venues, the ones you come back to time and again.
