Brico is a restaurant and wine bar on the corner of Nicholson Street and Macpherson Street in Melbourne’s Inner North.
With a particular focus on produce-driven food and honest viticulture, it opens to the public on Thursday 4th January 2024 offering a bistro-style menu by head chef Simon Ball-Smith. The restaurant was founded by Josh Begbie and Phil Bracey, alongside their partners Robyn Nethercote & Tegan Ella Hendel.
